The objective is to implement the local strategy, develop L&#39;Ecole&#39;s networks in the region, and contribute to its reputation, differentiation, and visibility.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>360° Regional strategy implementation</li>\n<li>Define and orchestrate all campus activities, including courses, conferences, exhibitions, publications, nomadic initiatives, and B2B programs, ensuring local relevance.</li>\n<li>Propose and roll out locally relevant activities, content, and programs aligned with L&#39;Ecole Services.</li>\n<li>Deliver compliant campus activities through 360° action plans, attendance targets, performance measurement, continuous improvement, and effective cross-team communication.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ambassador and promoter of L&#39;Ecole</li>\n<li>Increase L&#39;Ecole&#39;s public recognition, awareness, and influence.</li>\n<li>Build partnerships with institutions, universities, and other key regional stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Represent L&#39;Ecole in press, PR, sponsorships, and events while protecting its reputation.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic, financial, and operational planning</li>\n<li>Develop strategic and annual plans aligned with regional and global priorities.</li>\n<li>Determine resource needs and manage the budget and P&amp;L with regional leadership.</li>\n<li>Engage the Regional ExCo and Richemont network to identify synergies and opportunities.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Team management and organization</li>\n<li>Establish effective campus structure and governance, addressing organizational gaps.</li>\n<li>Define ways of working with Regional teams and L&#39;Ecole Services.</li>\n<li>Lead objectives, recruitment, talent development, skills building, and training.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>By joining Van Cleef &amp; Arpels, you will be part of a Maison where employee career development is at the heart of our ambition.
