on-camera talent and production crews</li>\n<li>Strong writing, research, and editorial skills with an ability to translate creative concepts into actionable plans</li>\n<li>Deep understanding of production workflows, specifically in a daily, live broadcast setting</li>\n<li>Exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work flexible, often unsociable hours</li>\n<li>A passion for fitness and storytelling</li>\n<li>Fluency in the German language</li>\n<li>This role is studio-based.
