This is a newly created leadership role reporting to the Director Global Logistics, designed to strengthen our logistics capability during an exciting period of growth and transformation.</p>\n<h4>Responsibilities</h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and develop Oatly&#39;s European Logistics Operations team, creating an environment where people can grow, perform, and thrive.</li>\n<li>Own day-to-day logistics execution across Europe, covering warehousing, transportation, operational performance, and escalations.</li>\n<li>Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues, driving quick decisions and effective resolution across markets and functions.</li>\n<li>Represent Logistics in cross-functional forums and collaborate closely with Planning, Customer Operations, Procurement, Finance, Quality, Commercial teams and Markets.</li>\n<li>Drive performance management through clear KPIs, operational reviews, budget accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n<li>Strengthen processes, ways of working, and operational capabilities to support Oatly&#39;s ambitious growth plans.</li>\n<li>Partner closely with colleagues responsible for supplier management, exports, and logistics development to create a seamless logistics operation.</li>\n<li>Ensure logistics operations consistently meet service, OTIF, quality, food safety, cost, and sustainability requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience within logistics operations, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, or a related field.</li>\n<li>Proven leadership experience, including leading and developing teams in complex operational environments.</li>\n<li>Strong experience managing logistics operations across multiple European markets.</li>\n<li>The ability to move seamlessly between operational detail and strategic thinking.</li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage both operational teams and senior business leaders.</li>\n<li>Experience driving performance, governance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.</li>\n<li>Strong decision-making skills and the confidence to act in fast-paced situations.</li>\n<li>A Bachelor&#39;s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
