Your role involves tracking engagement, facilitating EPA preparation, providing 1:1 support to Apprentices and, when needed, facilitating resubmissions. Additionally, you manage learner escalations and escalate when necessary. Your work contributes to learners succeeding in their EPA and continue their journey toward professional growth.
\n
Key Responsibilities
\n
\n
Develop and oversee all post-gateway communications, experiences and escalations for learners focusing on an ultimate success metric of timely End Point Assessment pass.
\n
\n
\n
Monitor the engagement of all apprentices in your assigned caseload and develop scalable intervention strategies to ensure apprentices stand the best chance of succeeding
\n
\n
\n
Simplify administrative processes to maximise your time spent with apprentices to drive customer value
\n
\n
\n
Work closely with the Certification Operations team to ensure any necessary special considerations and documentation relevant to the apprentice are completed in a timely manner
\n
\n
\n
Act as a first port of call for inbound apprentice queries including offering 1:1 support for apprentices seeking additional guidance on the EPA process, turning key trends in their questions into resources accessible to all apprentices.
\n
\n
\n
Share insights with the wider Multiverse Delivery team relating to EPA-specific trends and opportunities to enhance timely, first-time pass rates and reduce technical fails, encouraging
\n
\n
What We're Looking For
\n
\n
2+ years of professional experience in coaching
\n
\n
\n
Exceptional written, verbal and on-camera communication and presentation skills
\n
\n
\n
Practical experience teaching, mentoring or coaching professionals in an academic or commercial environment
\n
\n
\n
Demonstrated mastery of coaching best practices and/or openness to develop in this area
\n
\n
\n
Passion for delivering the best learning opportunities and supporting others on their development journey, passionate about social mobility and equity with continual curiosity in AI and proactively engaging in upskilling.
\n
\n
\n
Experience managing and developing positive stakeholder relationships
\n
\n
\n
Belief in the principles of applied learning: supporting learners to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours to generate real business outcomes as quickly as possible
\n
\n
\n
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry trends, e.g. you think about how AI would do a task before starting any process improvement.
\n
\n
\n
You are results orientated with a data-driven approach and ensure you measure success by customer outcomes (e.g. problems solved, number of EPAs successfully passed) rather than just outputs (number of 1:1s or enquiries answered).
\n
\n
\n
You are a Driver, Not a Passenger, taking accountability for outcomes. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.
\n
Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.
\n
About the role
\n
Billions have gone into enterprise AI. Most of it isn't working , organisations still can't turn model capability into measurable business impact. That's not a training problem or a slide-deck problem. It's a hard, unsolved technical challenge: building the systems that translate what AI can do into how work actually gets done inside real organisations, at scale, with proof it's working. That's the problem Multiverse exists to solve, and it's the one this role exists to sell.
\n
We're hiring a Senior Leader of Product Marketing, reporting to the CPTO, to own the positioning, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market orchestration that makes that story credible to buyers who've heard "AI transformation" pitches before and have learned to discount them. This is a strategic leadership and launch-execution role: you're accountable for a narrative that has to survive a skeptical CTO's follow-up questions, not just land in a pitch deck.
\n
You'll sit at the center of Product, Engineering, Sales, B2B Marketing, CS, and executive leadership , turning hard technical work into a case buyers trust, giving Sales what they need to win the deals that matter, and grounding pricing and roadmap decisions in real market evidence.
\n
Growth today comes primarily through our sales motion , there isn't yet a significant inbound or demand-generation engine to lean on. This role needs to work effectively within that reality now, while helping shape what comes next, rather than assuming a demand-gen infrastructure that doesn't currently exist.
\n
What you'll own
\n
Positioning & narrative
\n
\n
Define and defend the category narrative and product positioning , including translating technical/AI capabilities into value claims that hold up under scrutiny from technical buyers, procurement, and security review, without overclaiming
\n
\n
\n
Own messaging architecture across product lines and keep it consistent as the portfolio grows
\n
\n
Market & competitive intelligence
\n
\n
Run competitive intelligence (win-loss analysis, competitor tracking, technical benchmarking) and be the most credible voice in the room on what the market actually believes , evidence, not anecdote
\n
\n
\n
Feed that signal directly into product roadmap and pricing decisions
\n
\n
\n
Build lightweight, repeatable, automatable processes to get customer voice and insight directly into product development and launches , this currently happens ad hoc and needs an owner
\n
\n
GTM orchestration
\n
\n
Own launch strategy and sequencing , what to launch, when, and how big a moment to make of it , partnering with Product on roadmap-to-revenue sequencing so GTM readiness isn't an afterthought
\n
\n
\n
Define launch success metrics and report on them credibly to executive leadership
\n
\n
\n
Champion and put structure around the shift toward faster product launches , building quickly and iterating based on real performance
\n
\n
Sales & CS enablement
\n
\n
Equip Sales to win deals with best-in-class sales collateral, tools, and enablement, and support strategic deals directly where positioning or competitive dynamics are the blocker
\n
\n
\n
Own strategic decisions on positioning, enablement, and the go-to-market motion for Sales leadership, not just content delivery
\n
\n
Pricing & packaging
\n
\n
Provide evidence-based input on pricing and packaging based on willingness-to-pay, competitive dynamics, and customer research, partnering with Product and Finance on monetization for new capabilities
\n
\n
Team &
