You will partner with customers and internal team members to deliver high-quality solutions.</p>\n<p>Key accomplishments in your first 12 months will include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Defining and developing comprehensive solutions by coupling industry knowledge with technology understanding</li>\n<li>Leading the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions focused on pharmaceutical grant programs</li>\n<li>Designing system and data architectures that facilitate complex pharma grant workflows</li>\n<li>Developing solution blueprints supporting grant eligibility, document management, contract lifecycle management, and audit trails for regulatory reporting</li>\n<li>Navigating ideas from the whiteboard to polished business applications for healthcare and life sciences customers</li>\n<li>Strategically building relationships with relevant customer sponsors and stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading detailed requirement gathering sessions with customers</li>\n<li>Determining the overall solution design for customer projects</li>\n<li>Leading a team of configuration specialists and business analysts to create and document solutions</li>\n<li>Leading customers through design reviews to refine and iterate on the solution design</li>\n<li>Participating in customer training sessions and other implementation initiatives</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deep domain expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, clinical trial sponsorships, or healthcare/life sciences compliance</li>\n<li>Experience designing solutions for global pharma companies, government-funded research programs, or contract research organizations</li>\n<li>At least 3-5 years focused on Salesforce architecture within life sciences or pharma organizations</li>\n<li>Proficient in designing scalable Salesforce solutions that meet pharma business needs and data integration</li>\n<li>5+ years of expertise in documenting current state business processes, identifying gaps/areas for improvements, and making recommendations for future state processes and system designs</li>\n<li>Ability to effectively design and configure a scalable solution to meet client business needs</li>\n<li>Experience leading a functional and technical team through full Salesforce project lifecycles</li>\n<li>Demonstrated proficiency defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce system and functional designs</li>\n<li>Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills</li>\n<li>Professional experience in life sciences consulting, ideally in pharmaceutical with exposure to Commercial Operations, Medical or Patient Services related projects</li>\n<li>Experience in working with IT infrastructure teams and designing multiple integrations</li>\n<li>Salesforce Platform App Builder certification</li>\n<li>Salesforce Platform Administrator II</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Additional skills and experience we’ll prioritize:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with pharma transparency, grant reporting standards, AppExchange tools for grants management, and Veeva or other industry platforms</li>\n<li>Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist</li>\n<li>Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The starting annual base pay for this role is £58,000-£99,000 GBP.
