on M&amp;A transactions, guiding clients through complex deals from start to finish.</p>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials</li>\n<li>At least three (3) years of experience practicing law in a law firm and/or in-house environment</li>\n<li>Active law license in Indiana</li>\n<li>Strong written and oral communication skills</li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills and business judgement</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team</li>\n<li>Must have
