You will be responsible for exploring and identifying new opportunities for growth within the market for thermal interface materials (TIMs), especially in the segments data storage, data centers, telecommunication, ECU/computing, and automotive components.</p>\n<p>Your responsibilities will include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifying new target accounts and building working relationships with key decision-makers in engineering, purchasing, and manufacturing departments</li>\n<li>Developing new opportunities for FUCHS&#39; portfolio of thermal interface materials (TIMs) with existing key accounts</li>\n<li>Building expertise of key accounts&#39; worldwide activities, product portfolios, and applications</li>\n<li>Exploring customer needs and pain points, as well as risks for the customer and FUCHS&#39; business relationship with the customer</li>\n<li>Developing a growth strategy for FUCHS&#39; TIM product portfolio in cooperation with other sales divisions in the U.S. and FUCHS entities around the world</li>\n<li>Serving as an interface between customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders such as Product Management, R&amp;D, Administration, Purchasing, Production, Customer Service, Logistics, and Marketing</li>\n<li>Monitoring trends and developments in the industry and international markets that might be relevant for FUCHS and our customers</li>\n<li>Assisting in investigating and researching existing and emerging markets</li>\n<li>Developing and implementing campaigns for sales growth and success</li>\n<li>Representing FUCHS at tradeshows, seminars, and other industry events</li>\n</ul>\n<p>To qualify for this role, you will need:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of the Thermal Interface Materials market and key players in the industry</li>\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills (face-to-face and on the phone)</li>\n<li>Outstanding consultative selling abilities</li>\n<li>High degree of responsiveness to customer inquiries with attention to detail and follow-up</li>\n<li>Willingness to work under pressure and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously</li>\n<li>Strategic vision with advanced analytical interpretation and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Team spirit, open-mindedness, and intercultural skills</li>\n<li>Good computer skills with MS Office products</li>\n<li>Ability to travel up to 75% throughout the U.S. and internationally</li>\n</ul>\n<p>In terms of formal qualifications, we are looking for:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years of working experience in sales and/or key account management, preferably in a position that focused on selling technical products/materials</li>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline</li>\n<li>Valid passport</li>\n</ul>\n<p>In return, FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $150,000 to $165,000 per year, plus an annual bonus.
