In this structure, you will operate as a subordinate Admin reporting to the central Hub Team, focusing on delivering expert Atlassian Cloud administration and technical support to one or more assigned Spoke Instances.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide Atlassian Cloud administrative support directly to assigned Spoke Instances, acting as the primary liaison between those teams and the central Hub Team</li>\n<li>Implement, maintain, and monitor Atlassian configurations as defined and approved by the Hub Team</li>\n<li>Ensure Spoke Instance compliance with Hub Team governance, standards, and security protocols</li>\n</ul>\n<p>System Administration &amp; Configuration:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage user provisioning, access controls, and permissions within assigned Spoke Instances per Hub Team direction</li>\n<li>Configure issue types, custom fields, boards, dashboards, workflows, and automation to meet the unique requirements of Spoke teams while aligning with enterprise policies</li>\n<li>Support implementation of new Hub-directed features, plugins, or integrations in Spoke Instances</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Support &amp; Optimization:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as a Level 2/3 support resource for Spoke Instance teams, resolving escalated issues and acting as the connection point to the Hub Team for further escalation</li>\n<li>Monitor and report on the health, performance, and usage patterns of assigned Spoke environments, and relay key insights to the Hub Team</li>\n<li>Collaborate with Spoke stakeholders to translate their operational needs into Atlassian Cloud solutions that follow Hub best practices</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Integration &amp; Development:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with Spoke-level integrations and automations under guidance of the Hub Team, ensuring compatibility and data integrity</li>\n<li>Support Hub-driven data migration projects and Atlassian Cloud upgrades within assigned Spoke Instances</li>\n<li>Contribute to shared documentation and standard operating procedures coordinated by the Hub Team</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Governance &amp; Compliance:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enforce Hub Team policies, standards, and change management procedures across Spoke Instances</li>\n<li>Assist with audits, licensing, and compliance monitoring as directed by the Hub Team</li>\n<li>Participate in Spoke-level adoption of new tools, processes, and security measures, providing updates and feedback to the central Hub</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience</li>\n<li>3+ years Atlassian administration experience, including at least 1 year with Atlassian Cloud as part of a multi-instance/hub and spoke or similar distributed model</li>\n<li>Strong competence with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Atlassian Marketplace apps</li>\n<li>Advanced experience with JQL, project workflows, permissions, and integrations</li>\n<li>Understanding of enterprise governance and standardization in cloud tool administration</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Professional Skills:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate between Hub and Spoke teams</li>\n<li>Excellent troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail</li>\n<li>Ability to balance adherence to central governance with flexibility to support Spoke-specific requirements</li>\n<li>Experience communicating technical solutions to non-technical audiences</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP-120) – Jira Administration for Cloud</li>\n<li>Experience in environments with 250+ users and multiple business units or projects</li>\n<li>Familiarity with ITIL, service management, and hub and spoke or federated IT models</li>\n</ul>","enriched_at":1777291867289}],"category_normalised":[{"category":"engineering","count":1}],"velocity":{"weeks":[{"week_start":"2026-04-20","count":1}],"trend":"stable","wow_pct":0},"momentum":{"recent_14d":1,"prior_14d":0,"growth_pct":0,"classification":"stable"},"salary_vs_industry":{"company_median":null,"industry_median":null,"percentile":null,"sample_size":0,"by_region":[],"transparency_pct":0,"industry_transparency_pct":0,"transparency_warning":true},"market_share":{"company_jobs":1,"industry_total":1,"share_pct":100,"rank":1,"peer_count":1},"ai_exposure":null,"peer_set":[],"skills_lq":[],"geographic_shift":{"current":[{"region":"India","count":1,"share_pct":100}],"emerging":[],"shrinking":[]},"seniority_anomalies":{"exec_recent_30d":0,"exec_prior_90d_avg":0,"exec_growth_pct":0,"notable_exec_hires":[]},"posting_dynamics":{"median_days_open":null,"industry_median_days_open":null,"long_open_count":0,"closure_rate_pct":50}}}}
