As the essential connective tissue across the organization, this role will directly influence the profitability and scalability of the broader corporate growth plan. Key responsibilities include drafting and maintaining the operational roadmap, developing organization objectives, setting monthly performance targets, and tracking KPIs to ensure team activities align with the broader corporate strategy.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor&#39;s degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or a related field, and 5-8 years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, management consulting, or program management. They will also have proven experience managing departmental budgets or P&amp;L statements, with the ability to perform cost-benefit analyses and financial forecasting.</p>\n<p>The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for monitoring the operational budget, reviewing department expenditures, and performing regular audits to identify cost-saving opportunities. They will also standardize business workflows by writing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implementing automation tools to streamline work practices.</p>\n<p>In addition, the Business Operations Manager will facilitate weekly cross-departmental meetings between engineering, finance, legal, and sales to resolve operational roadblocks and ensure project milestones are met.
