As a Ticket Operations Associate, you will provide customer service, product upsell, and order processing via telephone, mail, and walk-ups. Responsibilities include assisting with the sales and service of DIS daily tours, practicing needs-based selling techniques, continually learning new events, promotions, sales techniques, and operational materials, creating, selling, and processing a DAYTONA EXPERIENCE via ticket software, operating computer, calculator, copier, and/or other office machines, and assisting with offsite ticket sales/promotions.
