Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Head of Group FP&amp;A and Category Finance to join the business on a 12-month fixed-term contract, providing maternity cover.</p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of Group planning, forecasting and performance reporting, alongside category and product-level financial insight.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Owning the end-to-end delivery of the global annual budget, forecasting cycles and three-year plan</li>\n<li>Leading the consolidation, review and challenge of submissions</li>\n<li>Preparing weekly, monthly, executive and Board reporting</li>\n<li>Providing forward-looking insight on revenue, profitability and key business drivers</li>\n<li>Managing Group FP&amp;A deliverables and ad hoc analysis</li>\n<li>Improving planning and reporting processes, controls and ways of working</li>\n<li>Leading analysis of retail, gross and net sales, NPD versus core performance, category profitability and the financial drivers of growth</li>\n<li>Turning category and product performance into clear commercial recommendations</li>\n<li>Leading financial input into category growth plans, investment decisions and business cases</li>\n<li>Setting the agenda for Category Finance improvements</li>\n<li>Leading, coaching and developing the Group FP&amp;A and Category Finance teams</li>\n<li>Acting as a trusted and constructive partner to stakeholders</li>\n<li>Maintaining high standards of governance, accuracy and integrity</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)</li>\n<li>Significant FP&amp;A leadership experience within a fast-paced consumer, retail, FMCG or beauty business</li>\n<li>Proven experience owning complex budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting cycles</li>\n<li>Strong commercial judgement and communication skills</li>\n<li>Advanced Excel and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes</li>\n<li>Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills</li>\n<li>Experience using planning systems such as Anaplan (preferred)</li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights</li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills,
