You will work across multidisciplinary engineering and design teams to ensure our systems meet stringent MIL-STD performance, reliability, and security requirements for deployment in demanding environments, performing critical missions.</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design &amp; Development: Create schematics, layouts, and circuit designs for low- and high-voltage power electronics systems coupled with advanced energy storage, management, and safety systems, optimizing for stable circuit dynamics, power efficiency, latency, electrical safety and system protection, and abuse loading cases, to name a few.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Testing &amp; Validation: Perform circuit simulations, bench testing, and system-level validation to ensure compliance with military and industry standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>System Integration: Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, software, and systems engineers to integrate electronics into cohesive and elegant products, carry out electrical and system integration, and manage tight coupling between electrical IO&#39;s and firmware behavior.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Reliability Engineering: Apply design-for-reliability practices, including EMI/EMC mitigation, ruggedization for harsh environments, and thermal management.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Documentation &amp; Compliance: Generate technical reports, test plans, and ensure adherence to MIL-STD and other defense specifications.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lifecycle Support: Provide engineering support throughout the product lifecycle, from concept through field deployment and sustainment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, or related degree.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in end-to-end circuit design, component selection and specification, electrical architecture trade-offs, ASIL redundancy/ functional safety, embedded systems troubleshooting, and electronics testing.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency with CAD tools (preferred, Altium), simulation software (preferred, MATLAB/Simulink/Spice)</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Competence with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators, low and high voltage programmable power supplies, spectral, logic, and impedance analyzers, debuggers, voltage probes, current clamps, and automation of tests, reflow techniques, soldering, connector selection and integration etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent in CAN BUS protocols (preferred, J1939, CANOPEN) and other low-voltage networking protocols.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with MIL-STD, DO-160, or other automotive, defense, and aerospace standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li>\n</ul>","enriched_at":1777043895085}],"category_normalised":[{"category":"engineering","count":4},{"category":"operations","count":1}],"velocity":{"weeks":[{"week_start":"2026-04-20","count":1},{"week_start":"2026-05-11","count":1},{"week_start":"2026-05-25","count":1},{"week_start":"2026-06-08","count":2}],"trend":"stable","wow_pct":100},"momentum":{"recent_14d":2,"prior_14d":1,"growth_pct":100,"classification":"stable"},"salary_vs_industry":{"company_median":99950,"industry_median":null,"percentile":null,"sample_size":4,"by_region":[{"region":"United States","company_median":99950,"industry_median":null,"sample":4}],"transparency_pct":80,"industry_transparency_pct":0,"transparency_warning":false},"market_share":{"company_jobs":5,"industry_total":5,"share_pct":100,"rank":1,"peer_count":1},"ai_exposure":{"occupation_weighted_score":0.17,"skill_weighted_score":0.053,"top_exposed_titles":[],"top_exposed_skills":[{"skill":"Oscilloscopes","count":3,"score":0.053}]},"peer_set":[],"skills_lq":[],"geographic_shift":{"current":[{"region":"United States","count":5,"share_pct":100}],"emerging":[{"region":"United States","recent_30d":3,"prior_30d":2,"growth_pct":50}],"shrinking":[]},"seniority_anomalies":{"exec_recent_30d":0,"exec_prior_90d_avg":0,"exec_growth_pct":0,"notable_exec_hires":[]},"posting_dynamics":{"median_days_open":null,"industry_median_days_open":null,"long_open_count":0,"closure_rate_pct":0}}}}
